Construction of a family villa in the heritage area of Prague 4

This villa was built as an enlarged replica of the original villa from 1926. The carefully selected colors of the house blend seamlessly with the surrounding villas, without standing out excessively. Thanks to the location and the proper orientation of the rooms, I had the honor of designing a villa that is discreet from the street view but offers a distinctly Mediterranean feel and layout towards the garden. The villa provides ample privacy while maintaining a central Prague address. The interior was also designed with respect for history: the colors, furniture, flooring, and lighting incorporate some elements from the First Republic era while also meeting the functionality and needs of modern times.
