House in the Kolín district

This brand new house was purchased as a "semi-finished product". I could still influence the color of individual materials on the floors and bathrooms, interior doors, etc. For the owner, who lives alone, it was important to design a fireplace, kitchen and layout of individual parts so that he can use the house alone, but also occasionally with family. I tuned the house more into the wooden materials as I was asked to do. After entering the house you have a feeling of well-being, but also a logical layout, which was a great demand.
